Adam's Rib Smokehouse has been providing great food for special occasions like yours for many years. We are known for our outstanding slow-smoked barbecue meats, homemade side dishes, uncompromising commitment to service and fair prices. Now take a look at our Holiday Menu with traditional holiday meals like Prime Rib, Pork Loin, Turkey, Ham and side dishes like cornbread stuffing, gravy and green bean cassarole. Thank you for allowing us to assist you in making your special event a success.
All prices are per person. Price includes buffet table and tablecloth for food serving line only, heavy-duty plastic plates, forks, knives and spoons, white paper napkins, serving equipment and staff.

Policies
Booking:
Adam's Ribs Smoke House books events on a first come first serve basis, so please set your date early as some dates do fill quickly. It is our policy to not overbook popular dates to insure the highest quality of service.
A 25% booking fee is required upon confirmation of your event date. Payment arrangements can be made for the remaining balance although we do require payment in full 7days prior to your event.
Guest Count:
A confirmed guest count is required 7days prior to your event. This count is the guaranteed number of guests for which we prepare your food and bill.
Cancellation:
If you cancel your event within 30 days, your deposit will be refunded.

Whole hog pit BBQ – Market Price
On site BBQ and Pit Master -$200
Beverages $1.50 per person
